So, over the last few weeks of the summer, I brought Lewis to work with me, because I felt bad having him stay at home. ;_;
Well, he got lots of reactions, positive and negative. I got a lot of genuinely curious people ask about him too. and some really obnoxious people. "HE LOOKS LIE CHUCKY LOL"
"YOU LOOK LIKE CHUCKY." <--See, I'm allowed to be rude to my customers so its ALL GOOD. ;_; I swear I'm usually nice to them though, unless they give me attitude.

SO...Lewis had a cross between having his ego deflated and then overflowing on random bouts every day XD. He was always really bored though, because he only got to sit around and "look at ugly people". Which is true because really, he did just sit around with me at the register until breaks where he'd come to the pizza place with me and then the back room to eat. I have quite a few photos recording his total boredom.
No cut because I'm mean and lazy.

I am so horrible with uploading photos here lately. I take so many but never remember to post here ;_; or comment, I'm sorry guys. It's not that I don't like you or something, I'm lazy is all.

Lumi and I plan on getting Lewis and Jules their OWN, text-only LJ's soon. Because I'm sure Lewis would keep better track of things than I would XD

In Jules' wig + most recent face-up

I never really stopped and looked at how each face-up has varied from the last.
Each is still very natural color-wise, but from the first, he's definately become slightly more dramatic. I think it suits him, and he obviously doesn't mind since he's yet to complain.

So far, I think his most recent one is suiting him most as he's grown more comfortable and let me in more on his life as he's been here.
He'll always be my natural boy, but I think that we've finally established ourselves to each other now completely ;_;

Today after work, I wiped off Lewis's old face and painted him myself. He was due for this because his blushing was beginning to rub off.

This was my first face up ever. I wasn't as afraid as I was when I first said that I would do it myself but it was always a nagging thought in the back of my mind. It was really odd wiping off his make-up and then having nothing on it? I had figured out the way I would do the faceup in my head before, but that fell through really.

Once I actually started, any plans I had seemed useless. So I just winged it with what felt right. Of course it started with light blushing and such, and a little heavier around the eyes--but Lewis is a natural looking boy of course ¦0 so I had to manage that and not overdo eye blushing and such, so he wouldn't get upset with me. From there on after coating, it was more little details and then the painting. I had originally started doing his lips with pastels, but didn't like how that was coming out. So I painted over it, which gave a really defined lip as opposed to his earlier fadey-out ones...but I think it looks nice.

His eyebrows also threw me for a loop! XD; I had planned again on doing them to his original styled ones, but yeah..that never happened. At the last minute, I had decided that I would try eyebrows entirely with a brush, so I launched into that. They're definately not as frown-y as his other ones, it took me a little bit to get used to, but we're both pleased with them.

Tomorrow after work: re-attach those godforsaken eyelashes XD How fun. The photos under the cut don't have them, since I never put them on after (slip of the mind actually, not intentional).

Now that I've done this, I understood what I was doing a lot more near the END. Of course XD!?
But I'm a lot more confident now, and I do think that this was a bonding experience. In the near future, I'll definately be doing another face-up, expanding on what I learned from this one.

Without further drabble...

his bangs usually aren't this parted, so the eyebrows are actually hidden behind them most of the time XD Right now, you can just see them, it looks nice.

I painted pink on the inside rims of his eyes and then glossed them. It really does look great in person ;w;

Lips~ They're darker than his previous ones, but not by much compared to when he first came. Its a peachy color, and holy crap I glossed the hell out of them. You look at him in the light at the right angle and I swear his lips can create a lens flare. XD

See? No lashes. whoops :0!

For some reason, how I painted his upper lids gives this...half lidded drooping look at this angle (which you can't see very well here). It's disturbly accurate for him.

The lips really aren't that orange, its the sunset XD
The eyebrows! :0 you see them here (obviously). They make seem a bit high up, but it really doesn't look that off in person. :0 there's no perpetual "h'omg surprise!!!11" expression.

And random babble about the process thats mostly "XD?!" type on content:

-That perfume bottle that his head was propped up on? It's officially a super dull bottle, after being brutally Testor'd.

-I think I disturbed my neighbor when coating him. I had this gas mask on (it was all that was on hand? XD), and I'm standing there like ":0!" with a can of testors in my hand, shaking like a crazed person behind the shed doors where I was spraying. after spraying, I closed the doors so that no floating fuzz or stuff would stick, and then I turn and see my neighbor? He started waving to me and then slowed down and had this puzzled expression. It went like: ":D........:0.....D:"
It was a kodak moment.

-Even though I was "protected", I'm still totally convinced that somehow I'm doing to die a horrible Testor death. XD

P.S:
We're back now. School is done, so I don't have anything to make me disappear again. Well, there's work, but thats different~

Things have blown over. There were just a lot of unresolved issues going on, but it's all been taken care of (as far as it could be taken care of). We've both let bygones be bygones, and I can accept that things around here have been stressful for everyone. But.

Lewis isn't coming back until Wednesday. How am I going to live ;_;?!

;_; I'm sorry that I've been keeping him away from LJ for a while, I've just been so busy with rehearsals and performances all week...and of course, Lewis gets dragged along to them. So..we haven't had much time for the net x_x

But, now that my festival show is over today, I have time to take Lewis out for FUN. I think he missed the camera...

but yes, so when I got back tonight, the camera was taken and we ventured out for some shots. The snow has been melting here, so this is the first time he's seen the grass here! :D

Lewis has been getting a lot of stuff sewn for him lately by mom XD It's nice.

He had also been kind of down in the dumps for the past few days, but since last night, he's been a lot happier, especially today. I think talking with Kaitou helped cheer him up a bit last night, since he doesn't often get to have conversations online...:0

I've found out something about Lewis in the past week or so. He has a really odd sleeping schedule? XD!? It's like...instead of being a morning/night person, he's a..midday kind of person. o_O He begins to start nodding away around 12, unless busy...and isn't really "with it" in the morning until 10-11. Even then, it takes him 15-10 minutes to wake up completely without being a daze.

It's rather amusing XD.

On a more personal note between me and Lewis...

For the longest time, I've always wanted to have one of those omukae things that Volks does. Reading about them always always has made me cry (I'm over emotional dsjakhsdk) ;_;. And I recently read some threads about people doing their own spinoffs, which I had toyed with in the beginning. Today, I was just overcome by the feeling to have one of my own.

So I did.

It was small and it wasn't long, but it was from the heart, and I feel that's all that matters. I don't think I've ever been happier, as I was when I blew out that candle ;_;. Lewis has looked so happy all day.

And my room smells heavily of wisteria now, because I had used a wisteria candle. I don't know why I chose it, it just seemed to be the right one to use...and I justed looked up the emaning of it a while ago and saw it means "welcome".

Ahhh, I really need a way of earning money to buy stuff for Lewis (and myself...because yeah. I like stuff).

I can't work at the family pharmacy since it's not summer (the only time I have to work there), so that's a no. I can't gamble, that's only on holidays if I happen to be at a place with a casino. I used to go to bingo with my aunt (well, I think it's cool getting 600-1000 dollars by playing bingo. I don't know about you!? XD), but not any more.

I went to mom earlier about it, but she just told me that if I wanted something to ask x_x. But wtf, sometimes I want to purchase things with my OWN money, instead of just getting spoiled? I just begin to feel bad after a while, when my parents and brother just buy me stuff. I mean, I usually pay them back by working it off around the house, but still...?

So, for the first time since like...2nd grade, I'm getting an allowance again :0!? So, I'm pretty pleased, since at least I'll have my own money and I'll be getting it by means of work. I just have to keep up what I usually do around the house, plus some extra, and with a little more snap (sometimes I slack...ahhhh). Which works for me, since I'm pretty capable of that. XD I can live with that. But I digress.

All that matters is that now I have a way to start buying more stuff for Lewis (and myself!? again), which will make us BOTH quite happy. :'D

I'm also dying in my soul while waiting for shipped packages. *weeps* I hate waiting~! I have that thing from Souldoll coming whenever, and a package from Luts that I hope will be arriving soon.

Soooo...as you should know, I'm also doing the BJD tarot (well, I should hope I am!? XD; I started it), and my concept had to have WING-A-LINGS :0!

Now, I'm not revealing my card image shoot yet ¦0...(yes, I AM submitting it on the deadline day. Sue me :'D I was busy)
So, I decided to share some pictures with you of the testdrive (?) of the wings I had made for it instead (as in right after XD!? so no, he's not wearing the outfit he is now in the card)~

The front of the wings. Notice how there's no POSSIBLE way visible to see how to attach them? Thats just how cool I am--too cool to actually remember that I have to have a way too attach them. Oh, the wonders of tape.

THE SECRET IS OUT...;_; the back of them = super ugly. But I figured, since its not like the backs of them are in the shoot...SOOOOO...why bother? :'D

I have those little feathers all over me now.

BEHOLD! Lewis and I return! :0 well...rather, I return, from vacation. Lewis had to stay home (I felt bad ;_;;;), but he's okay. In other words, my brother didn't kill him when I was gone, which is GOOD.

And about V-day, we're glad you got your valentines~! :D We're also super happy that you liked them <3 We got our V-day stuff here too, and I'll upload pictures of Lewis with them as soon as I get the chance~

In other news, Lewis may be accompanying me to school tomorrow if weather doesn't cancel it XD;? That makes me happy~ but he'll be in his suitcase most of the day. Since he's technically only coming in with me for theatre improv.

In other other news, I almost dropped him the other day!? ;____; I was going up the stairs and my knee suddenly gave out from under me jkhsdkjdashjkas STUPID DISEASE KNEE *stabs it*. But all is well and the dear is still in one piece. Happiness, I think I would die of fatal heart attack if he dropped...
